This is not a list of the best coffee in town and it never will be — a bad barista ruins good beans, and no database can see that. It is a list of cafes a roaster says it supplies.
These cafes are listed by the roasters that supply them, on the roasters' own pages, on the day we say we read them. We do not check hours and we do not rank anybody — the map has the hours, and it changes faster than any list could. A cafe stops appearing here when its roaster stops listing it.
